The process of Environmental Impact Assessment has now long been well underway for the Palm since their application was made in late June. So far, The Palm is pleased to report that all has been proceeding well with all the various 9 departments that make up the entire complex planning process.
Anticipated EIA planning granted is still expected to be towards the end of the year with the added bonus that it could potentially be awarded sooner, depending upon a few factors mainly circulating around the increased application numbers that Bangkok EIA have to process currently. This is mostly due to the positive serge in developers activity in the market place since late 2010.
The Palm is located on the shores of Wong Amat and is the newest creation of revered developer Nova Group. It's refreshed look features full length floor-to-ceiling glass, direct access to its own semi-private beach, and some very attractive amenities.
